Delete in the app
Open Modeh → Personalization → My account → Delete account and cloud data. After confirmation, the account, sessions, and active server copy are deleted.
Request deletion without the app
Email report@anxhq.com from the address linked to the account with the subject “Modeh account deletion.” You can use the button below. We may request reasonable verification to confirm that the request is from the account owner. Never send us a password.

What is deleted and when
After verification, we will delete the account, sessions, linked sign-in accounts, and active private payload within 30 days. Copies in rotating backups are removed within up to 30 additional days. Information that must be retained by law or security information needed to investigate abuse may be kept only for as long as necessary.
What remains on the device
Deleting the cloud account does not automatically erase text already stored locally on the device; it remains in guest mode so personal writing is not removed without an additional warning. Clear the app data or remove the app to delete it. If you only used guest mode, we do not have a server account or journal to delete.
